Corn tortillas have been around for thousands of years and yet some of the best recipes involve some of the simplest ingredients. These homemade beauties are made with sautéed fresh squeezed lime, chorizo, onions, tomato and jalapeño. Use the filling in a hot corn tortilla and topped with queso Mexicana. Garnish with chopped cilantro and sliced lime.




I’m kinda wondering where you found chorizo in the middle of New York City.
Found it at our local supermarket which employs a lot of Hispanics. They make the chorizo fresh daily. Finding tortillas is the real challenge.
